"Individuals can change things...If everyone will just do their little part, then we can make a tremendous difference in the lives of other people."
Sarah Purcell

I truly believe this. I have been so inspired by the efforts of my friend Kate and what is happening with
"Gather the women". Her most recent post is beautiful. Thanks Kate for sharing it with us.

Wendy, thank you so much for your comment and mention of my recent post and Gather the Women. It's something I do feel strongly about and I'm now at a place in my life where I have the time and have been "nudged" in this direction.
Jean Shinoda Bolen, a very well known American Jungian analyst and author, came to Vancouver Island to talk to our group and her comment "when the world looks back at this time in history, the question that will be asked is, where were the women?", made everyone realize that we really are "the ones we've been waiting for".
Jean Shinoda Bolen is also the founder of "The Millionth Circle" - a sister group to Gather the Women
Thanks again!

I love the quotation! So true! I read Kates post...lovely post! I liked the part about the river...sometimes we must let go of our fears and trust in ourselves and God. I don't know if I said it or not..but thank you for being in my life and I love you my friend! Hugs!
