nature and art

I love nature and every opportunity to be a part of it. I suppose I often think that everyone feels the same way about it that I do. I forget that I grew up on the farm, in the country, and that nature was "just" a huge part of it. Our farm was a distance from the hi-way and so walks on roadside were always quite possible. We were also fortunate that though we live on the prairies, the land around us was somewhat rolly. We own pasture land which is part of a beautiful creek.

Sunsets and wildflowers were, and still are, a favourite.

I am hoping you will join Billy and me for this little stroll.

And I will briefly share some other wonderful news. I now have my own website. While I need to still do some fine tuning, I hope you will stop by to share with me in the excitement.

I grew up in a large city, but I was fortunate to have a father who loved the outdoors and took us picnicking, hiking, and exploring the countryside most Spring and Summer weekends, so I share your love of nature. Thank you for sharing these moments of beauty with me.
