is more about the music
that my heart is marching to
sometimes I prefer
silence
other times
something calm
slow
gentle
yet other times
it is more 
like energy
overflowing
trying to release
some pent up
emotion

regardless
the January dance
is more typically
of trying 
to keep going
trying 
to step through 
the cold
stormy weeks
trying 
to remind myself 
the days 
are getting longer

days

and cold

and stormy

Some days are about white snow and sparkle and crispness blue. Other days are about colour and flowers.
